Verify ID – Each signer presents a valid government-issued photo ID (per COMAR 01.02.08.05).
Document Review – The notary guides the borrower through the signing process, ensuring all pages are signed, dated, and initialed properly.
Notarization – Required acknowledgments and jurats are executed in compliance with Maryland law.
Packaging & Return – Completed documents are double-checked and promptly returned to the title or escrow officer.
