Both the notary and the signer appear online — verifying identity, signing digitally, and applying a tamper-evident electronic seal.

Schedule your online notarization by clicking the “Book Virtual Session” button below. You’ll receive a confirmation email with upload instructions.
2) Upload Your Document
Send your PDF or Word document before the session. Most documents can be notarized electronically unless otherwise prohibited by law.
3) Verify Your Identity
You’ll verify your ID through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication (KBA) — just like online banking security questions.
4) Meet Online
Join a live, recorded video session with your notary. You’ll sign electronically while the notary witnesses and applies their digital seal.
5) Receive Your Notarized Document
Within minutes, you’ll get a secure, tamper-evident PDF emailed to you with the completed notarial certificate and seal.
